2 cups oatmeal
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients. Place on a cookie sheet and bake in oven at 350, for 10 minutes, stir well then bake another 10 minutes. Cool and mix in 2 cups of your choice of dried fruit. Serve with milk for breakfast or as a delicious snack. You can also add coconut, sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts, etc. This is a nutritious and tasty cereal or snack.
