3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 cups sugar
1 scant tbsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 cups salad oil
2 (10 oz) or 1 (16 oz) frozen strawberries, thawed
1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, soda, sugar and cinnamon. Add beaten eggs and salad oil. Stir only until moistened; add strawberries and pecans. Grease 2 loaf pans, bake at 350º for 1 hour or until done. Let stand overnight before cutting. Suggestion for lower fat, try 1 1/4 cups applesauce in place of salad oil.
