1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast with water. Add oil, salt, sugar and egg; blend in flour and stir until smooth or mixed well. Put in refrigerator bowl and chill on lower shelf. Will keep for 2-5 days. You may frequently need to punch down the dough. Pull off what you need, shape into rolls. Let rise for 1 hour in pan. Bake at 425º for 15-20 minutes. Butter the tops as soon as they come out of the oven.
