Caramel:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecans chopped
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup butter

Cream Cheese Mixture:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter

1/2 cup coconut

Dough- 2 12 oz. cans of flakey biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix caramel ingredients in ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Spread evenly in bottom of pan.
In small bowl blend cream cheese mixture until smooth, stir in coconut.

Press biscuits into 4" circles, spoon on 1 tbsp. of cream cheese mixture, overlap sides of dough forming finger shaped rolls. Arrange, seam side down- 2 rows of 10 rolls each.
Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Invert onto foil or serving dish.
