2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (12 oz) can beer
1/4 cup margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly grease one 5x9 baking loaf pan. Mix dry ingredients together, pour in beer and mix just until moistened. Pour into pan and top with melted butter. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown.
