1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup sour cream
2 large ripe bananas
2 cups four
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
Topping:
1/3 cup total of white and brown sugar (half of each)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together the butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream and bananas, mix well. Add dry ingredients to the mixture and mix well. Pour the batter in a greased loaf pan, sprinkle topping mixture on top and bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Hint: Pour half of the batter in to the pan, sprinkle half of the topping on, then pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the rest of the topping on... gives a swirled effect.
