1 cup water
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tbsp. brown sugar
5-6 cups beets
Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients except beets to a boil. Boil beets first, peel, cut up and put in jars. Pour hot mixture over beets, seal immediately.
