1 (2 lb) pkg. frozen hashbrown potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
2" slice Velveeta cheese, cubed
5 1/3 tbsp. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. crushed corn flakes cereal (optional)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheese and milk; pour over hash brown potatoes and mix together. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs. Bake until bubbling, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
