1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup milk
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated sharp or mild cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1 (2 lb) pkg. frozen southern hash brown potatoes
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but last two ingredients together and place into a buttered 9x13 pan or casserole. Mix the cornflakes and butter; sprinkle on top of the potato mixture. Bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
