1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can (4 oz) green chilies
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cup shredded cheese (monterey jack or cheddar)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and onion. Drain off the grease. Stir in the seasonings. Spread into a greased pie plate. Top with chilies. Beat the milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into the plate. Bake 25 minutes at 400º oven. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake another 8-10 minutes.
