6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut 1" thick
1 cup onion slices
3 tbsp. fat
1/2 cup water
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and seasoning; rub into both sides of the steak. Cook onion in hot fat until yellow; remove onion. Brown meat thoroughly on both sides. Place meat in roaster pan and cover with onion. Mix water and both soups together; pour over the steak. Cover tightly and cook over low heat or in a slow oven at 325º for 2 hours.
