2 pkg. crescent rolls
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups chopped cabbage
8 - 16 oz. shredded mozzarella or pepper jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Place cabbage on hamburger and steam for 15 minutes. (Add a small amount of water for adequate steam) Press one package of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Spread hamburger/cabbage mixture over the rolls, then layer of cheese. Top with second package of crescent rolls. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
