2 lb roast beef
½ pkg. Lipton’s onion soup mix
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
¼ c applesauce
2 c water
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
¼ c celery, chopped
½ c carrots, peeled and sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Add roast to crockpot. Sprinkle onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, and salt and pepper on top of roast and add applesauce and water. Cook on high for 8 hours. The last 4 hours of cooking time add potatoes, celery, and carrots.
