4 pork chops
1 medium onion (diced)
1 can (4 oz.) green chili peppers
1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/2 cups minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops, remove from pan. Place onion, celery and chili peppers into the pan the chops were browned in. Cook items until tender. Add rice, stir until brown. Add soup, water and soy sauce. Place in a casserole dish and top with the browned pork chops. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
