1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken or beef broth
9 oz. frito chips, crushed
2 cups grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown ground beef or turkey. Stir in taco seasoning. Sprinkle flour over top. Stir to combine. Stir in broth and bring to a simmer. Simmer until sauce thickens. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Place 1/2 of the crushed chips across the bottom of the dish. Layer with half the meat sauce and then half of the cheese. Repeat layers: chips, meat, cheese. Place in oven at 325º and bake for about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
