3 lbs. cubed pork steaks or pork roast
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic
4 tbsp. flour
4 cups hot water
2 cups mild green chilies
Shortening
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in shortening; add spices to taste. Add remaining ingredients and stir as gravy. Simmer for about 15 minutes or until gravy clears. Can all slices of onion or green tomatoes if desired.
