Ingredients:  
3 lb. pork loin
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tbsp. cumin
2 cups dried pinto beans
4 tsp. salt
2 large boxes chicken broth
1 large can green chilies w/juice
1 lime or lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the pinto beans the night before, and drain before adding to other ingredients. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and cook all day on low. Prior to serving shred the pork loin, and add back into slow cooker. Serve mixture in a bowl, and top with sour cream mixed with lime juice, corn chips, cilantro and ice burg lettuce. Enjoy!
