1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
3 cups (8 oz) rotini pasta, cooked & drained
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Add seasoning, pepper, tomato sauce and spices to hamburger and bring to a boil; remove from heat. Mix other ingredients together (reserve 1/2 cup cheese for topping) and place in bottom of a 2 quart baking dish. Top with meat and sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake for 25 minutes.
