1 lb. ground beef
Pepperoni
Lasagna Noodles
Large Cottage Cheese
Shredded Cheese (Cheddar/Jack)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook ground beef with garlic salt and drain. Mix with tomato paste and set aside. Mix cottage cheese and parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper for added flavor. Cook noodles per package instructions. Place 6 noodles on bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour on 1/2 of the meat mixture, pepperoni and 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat these steps. Finally, add shredded cheese on top (any kind will work; I usually use a cheddar/jack mixture). Bake for 20 minutes.
