2 chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 lb. velveeta cheese (regular or mexican)
1 bag plan dorito chips
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken for 45 minutes. Reserve 1 1/2 cups broth. Chop chicken to bite size pieces. Mix broth with soups and cubed velveeta cheese, stir until cheese is melted; add chicken. Pour over dorito chips that have been put into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake covered in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
