1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
3 cups penne noodles
1 (16 oz) cottage cheese
1 egg
1 cup parmesan cheese
Garlic powder (a couple shakes)
2 cans spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger, drain; add 1 jar spaghetti sauce. At the same time, cook penne noodles. In a large bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Add cooked noodles and mix.
In a 9x13 pan put half of the hamburger/spaghetti sauce mix on the bottom. On top of that put all of the noodle mix. Then put the rest of the hamburger/sauce mixture. Last, put one jar spaghetti sauce on top of it all. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
