4 oz. fettuccini, or your favorite pasta
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chopped onion
1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and very well drained
1 cup thinly sliced celery
2 - 10 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
4 cups cubed cooked turkey or chicken

Topping: 1 cup bread crumbs, 4 tbsp. melted butter, silvered almonds

Directions:
Cook noodles; drain. Cook onion in 2 tbsp. bacon drippings. Combine bacon pieces, onion, noodles, spinach, and celery. Combine soup and sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir half into noodle mixture. Pour into a buttered 9x12 baking dish. Arrange turkey on top and pour remaining soup mixture over meat. Top with crumbs mixed with butter and almonds. Bake at 350º for 35 - 40 minutes.
