"The tradition of Italian cooking is that of the matriarch. This is the cooking of grandma. She didn't waste time thinking too much about the celery. She got the best celery she could and then she dealt with it."--Mario Batali

3 lbs. raw boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 oz. bottle Buffalo Wing Sauce (Frank's Wing Sauce)
1 oz. pkg. dry Ranch mix (Hidden Valley)
2 tbsp. light butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken breasts in your slow cooker (they may be either frozen or thawed). Pour the bottle of wing sauce over the chicken; sprinkle the packet of ranch dressing over the top. Place the lid on the slow cooker, cook on low for 7-9 hours or until meat shreds easily. Remove meat and shred it using two forks. Return to the sauce and add the butter; stir to combine. Continue to cook on low for another hour so the meat can soak up the sauce. Serve however you like!
