3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies
1 yellow onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
8 flour tortillas

Preheat oven to 400. In a medium bowl combine chicken, tomatoes, green chilies, onion and bell pepper. Set aside.
In a small bowl combine oil with seasonings. Pour mixture over chicken and toss to coat. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Heat tortillas and stuff with chicken. Top with lettuce, cheese, avocado and sour cream.
