4 1/2 cups chicken, diced
2 cups celery, thinly sliced
1 cup toasted almonds, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
3 cups cooked noodles of choice
4 hard boiled eggs, finely diced

Directions:

Combine and toss lightly in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese and 1 cup crushed potato chips. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
