5 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salsa verde
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 cup dried parsley
1 tbsp. dried onion
2 big cans chicken breast
1 cup colby jack cheese
8-12 white corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Place 2 tortillas at a time in the microwave covered with a damp paper towel. Microwave 30-60 seconds, or until the tortillas are soft and pliable. Spoon 2-3 tbsp. of the filling onto the lower third of each tortilla, and roll tightly. Place seam side down on the greased baking sheet. ** Do not overfill and do not let them touch!!! Spray the taquitos with cooking spray and sprinkle with salt. Bake in a 425º oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are crisp and golden.
