2 (1 lb) chicken breasts
1 cup chopped celery
1 green pepper
1/2 pkg. stir-fry flavor mix
1 tsp. sugar
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 pkg. Uncle Ben's white rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop chicken breasts into bite size. Bring 2 cups of water to boil in a saucepan; drop in pkg. of rice, cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Set aside.
Cook chicken in hot skillet with oil and 3 small pieces of garlic, cook until tender (about 10 minutes). Remove and set aside.
Cook all vegetables in skillet with a little oil until desired tenderness. Then add the chicken and rice to vegetables in pan. Mix all ingredients together. Add stir-fry flavoring and soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
