2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 medium green or red pepper (cut 2" long strips)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 1/2 cup chunky salsa
Warm tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in 12" skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken, cook until well browned, stirring often Stir in peppers and onion , cook until tender crisp. Stir in salsa, cook until chicken mixture is hot and bubbling. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with salsa.
