1 whole chicken, cooked & shredded
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 small can diced green chilies
Jalapeño peppers (optional)
Cheddar cheese, grated
16 tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except for chicken, cheese and tortillas in a bowl. Roll a small amount of chicken, soup mixture and cheese into tortilla, place into a 9x13 baking dish. Pour remaining soup mixture over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
