1 whole chicken
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Other seasonings to taste

This recipe needs outdoor grill with dual (left/right) burner controls. Remove upper racks in grill to low. Wash and remove innards (liver, heart, gizzard pack). Mix spices in a small bowl. Pat dry chicken. Apply spices to outside of chicken. Remove 1/4 of beer from a 12 oz. can. Insert can into bottom cavity of chicken. Set beer and chicken upright on the "off" side of the grill. Cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours in closed grill. Remove beer can and cut chicken into parts. Enjoy!
