1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 cup sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in order given. Drop with a medium cookie scoop or about 1 1/2 tbsp. of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet. Press down with sugared fork. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes until golden around the edges. Allow cookies to rest on the counter for 2 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
