1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 cups powdered sugar
1 (6 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler, combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Cook until butter melts. Add egg and continue cooking until thick (approx. 3 minutes). Blend in 2 cups graham crackers and 1 cup coconut. Press into 9x9 buttered pan.
Second Layer: Cream 1/2 cup butter; add milk, pudding and powdered sugar; beat until fluffy. Spread over crust and place in refrigerator to chill.
Third Layer: Melt chocolate chips and 2 tbsp. butter in the top of double boiler. Spread over pudding layer. Mark the chocolate layer before it hardens as to where you plan to cut the cremes (1" squares). Chill. Store in refrigerator.
