Crust:
16 graham crackers, finely crushed
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling:
2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen strawberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch salt
3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the crust ingredients together; line 9x13 pan with half of the mixture and sprinkle rest over top of dessert. (I usually use 3/4 on bottom and 1/4 on top).
In large bowl beat all filling ingredients, except for cool whip; whip together 15 minutes or longer, until stands in peaks (do not under beat). Add carton of cool whip to mixture after stiff peaks have formed; pour onto graham cracker crust. Cover with foil and freeze until ready to serve.
