1/3 cup flour
2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and salt, stir in coconut, add milk and vanilla; stir to form very thick batter. Drop heaping tablespoonful of batter on greased baking sheet (will look like small haystacks). Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or golden brown.
