Rhubarb Pie Recipe

4 cups rhubarb cut into 1/2" pieces
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. instant tapioca (dry)
Dash of salt
2-crust pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, tapioca and salt, let stand for 30 minutes. Lay crust in pie pan, poke with fork. Pour in rhubarb mixture, cover with remaining pie crust and press edges together (water dabbed in-between crusts). Trim crust edge. Bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes.
