2 cups unbleached flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup plus 2 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/3 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients; cut in melted butter until mixture resembles size of crumbs. Mix vinegar and cold water, add to flour mixture, tossing and stirring as you add. Stir vigorously with a fork until mixture holds together well, then form into a ball. Roll out between waxed paper sheets as needed. Chill 5 to 10 minutes.
