1 butter pecan cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 stick butter or margarine
2 tbsp. Karo syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter or margarine and add syrup, brown sugar and pecans. Pour into bottom of an ungreased 9x13 pan. Mix cake mix according to package directions. Carefully pour over brown sugar mixture. Bake according to package directions. When cake comes out of oven, loosen sides from pan with knife. Turn cake over onto cake plate and leave pan on top of cake for 5-10 minutes to allow brown sugar mixture to drop over cake.
