"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Directions:
Cake: Beat butter, sugar and eggs; add in the sour cream, vanilla and bananas, mix her up. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and then add into the banana mixture. Spread batter into a greased and floured sheet pan. Bake at 300º for 25-35 minutes.
Frosting: Beat all frosting ingredients together until you have the perfect fluffy frosting. Wait for the cake to cool completely, then spread frosting on top. The cake is better when kept cold, and within 2 days. (not that I've been eating mine for the last few days or anything...) ENJOY!
