2 cups Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 cup melted margarine or butter
4 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cool whip
29 oz. can sliced peaches
2 (3oz) pkg. peach or apricot jello

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed crackers and sugar together. Pour melted butter over and mix. Put in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool.
Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add cool whip. Once crust is cooled, spread on crust.
Drain peaches, keep juice. Lay peach slices on cheese layer. Mix the jello with 2 cups of boiling water and 1 1/2 cups of juice... or according to jello box. Let chill and pour over the top of cheese layer with peaches and then refrigerate salad until set.
