3 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. steak seasoning
1/4 cup chili powder
4 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 jalapeņo finely chopped
2 cans hot chili beans
1 (22 oz) can tomato juice
2 (16 oz) cans diced tomato
1 (15 oz) can tomato puree
1 (10 oz) can beef broth
3 tbsp. BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. Kahlua
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first eight ingredients in a stock pot and mix well. Cook until beef begins to turn crusty brown stirring often. Add the veggies and cook until they are tender. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until desired consistency.
