Potatoes, as many as you want, peeled
1 tub sour cream
2 cans cream of or cheese soup
1 bag frozen broccoli
1 lb. bacon, fried until crispy
1 pkg. shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, add broccoli, drain. Add cheese soup and sour cream, heat through. If to thick, can add some milk. Serve, top with shredded cheese and bacon.
