1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. celery seed
dash of hot sauce
pepper to taste
shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots, celery and red onion over medium heat in 4 tbsp. of butter until tender. Blend in flour and cook, stirring constantly for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the milk and chicken broth. Cook and stir until liquid is thick and bubbly. Stir in the cooked chicken breast, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, hot sauce and pepper. Heat through, when serving sprinkle with shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
