1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meats, cracker crumbs, milk and egg. Shape into balls. Use ice cream scoop to make balls. Do not pack too tight to allow the liquid to be absorbed. Put in a 9x13 pan. Mix together vinegar, soup, brown sugar and mustard. Pour 1/2 of mixture over balls. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325º. (Cover first half hour. Uncover and baste 3 times with the remaining sauce the last hour.)
