2 (8 oz) pkgs. cream cheese
1 cup mayo
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chills
1 can diced jalapeņo peppers, drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 pkg. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together cream cheese and mayo in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in chilies and peppers and cheese. Pour into a microwave bowl or into a little crock pot to keep it warm.
