Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shortening
1 egg, beaten
2/3 cup milk
Cheese Sauce:
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with seasonings (I like Jim Baldridge), drain and let cool slightly. Make biscuit dough: cut shortening into dry sifted ingredients, add in egg and milk. Roll out on a floured surface, spread cooled hamburger over biscuit dough. Roll up like making cinnamon rolls, cut into 3/4" - 1" slices, place on greased baking sheet and bake in 450º oven for 10-15 minutes, until nicely browned. While pinwheels are baking make cheese sauce to serve over pinwheels. Melt butter, whisk in flour and salt; add in milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Add shredded cheese, stir until it melts. Serve over pinwheels.
