1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened, no substitutes
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans
Graham Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 3 ingredients; gradually add sugars, beat until combined. Stir in mini chips, place on a large piece of plastic wrap, shape into a ball. Refrigerate minimum of one hour. Just before serving, roll in pecans. Serve with graham crackers, or for a salty/sweet snack serve with mini pretzels.
