3 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
2 cups Quick Oatmeal
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
2 cups ketchup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup onion, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together ground beef, eggs, quick oatmeal, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder and evaporated milk. Shape meat mixture into balls. Place in single layer in 9x13 pan. Cover with the following sauce and bake for one hour. Mix the following ingredients for the barbecue sauce: ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke flavoring, garlic powder, and chopped onion.
