24 large shrimp / peeled and deveined
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/8 tsp chili powder
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 Cup drained and chopped sun dried tomatoes in oil
3 tsp oil from sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp garlic/ chopped
3/4 lb rabe or broccoli
Juice and zest of 1 lemon

Directions:

1.season shrimp w/salt, pepper & chili powder
2.heat olive oil / sun dried tomato oil in large saute pan
3.Cook shrimp 2 minutes, add garlic, sun dried tomatoes and broccoli cook about 2 - 3 min...or to your taste.

remove and add lemon & zest...season to taste / serve over rice
