1/3 Cup Orange Juice
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Oil
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Grated Orange Peel
8 Cups Torn, Crisp Salad Greens
2 Medium Cucumbers,Thinly sliced
2 Cans ( 284 ml ) mandarin Orange segments, drained
1 Cup Toasted Walnut Pieces
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped

Directions:
Directions:
First make the dressing by mixing the orange juice, vinegar, oil, sugar and orange peel in a small bowl. Blend well and refrigerate until serving time
Mix salad greens, cucumber, oranges, walnuts and green onions in a large salad bowl and coat well with dressing just before serving
