MARINADE:
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 bay leaves
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour over beef sirloin tip roast in large plastic bag. Seal bag and place in shallow baking dish. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove beef from marinade. reserve marinade. Place roast on grill and cook to desired degree of doneness. Brush beef frequently with reserved marinade. remove beef to serving platter. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving
